Dr Weil suggests the following ideas for reducing migraines in yesterday’s Huffington Post:

Cut caffeine out of your diet – meaning coffee, tea, soda, and any prescription or over-the-counter medications that may contain the stimulant.

Eliminate your dietary migraine triggers.

Try supplements such as butterbur, feverfew, vitamin B2 and Coenzyme Q10 (individually, not together.)

Try biofeedback.

Evolve an “accepting” attitude.
